OUR FEES / TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  • The Client shall notify CARDILOGIX immediately of the engagement in the event of permanent employment of the candidate referred to them by CARDILOGIX.
  • The terms and conditions of this agreement shall not be varied, cancelled, altered, waived, or suspended unless such variation, cancellation, alternation, waiver or suspension be confirmed in writing and signed by both CLIENT and CARDILOGIX, prior to candidates being interviewed..
  • The annual package will be determined by the sum of the following candidate benefits: *Housing, *Car / Travel Schemes or Allowances, *Entertainment, *13th Cheques, *bonuses or any other company benefits. In the event of a 3 month contract / probation period being offered, the placement will still be treated as a full time contract, and full fees will become due. Our guarantee period still remain that of 12 months
  • Should CARDILOGIX be given a brief and after a considerable amount of work has gone into such brief eg: 2nd interview stage reached / test or practical assignments / assessments stage reached and the position is put on hold or the client fails to keep CARDILOGIX informed / updated with the development of the position - we as an agency, reserve the right to levy a shelving fee / flat rate pertaining to such vacancy as the agency might have incurred losses due to expenses run up during such brief.   • Should a candidate referred by CARDILOGIX and who is actually employed by the CLIENT leave or be released for any reason other than redundancy (where the position is made redundant within the company) within the guarantee period referred to below, CARDILOGIX will endeavour to provide the CLIENT with a suitable replacement immediately, please not NO refunds will be entered into. A Credit will be passed to the CLIENT
  • CARDILOGIX, offers a 12 (twelve) month guarantee period. In the event of a candidate leaving the clients employ or the client not being completely satisfied with the supplied individual and therefore decides to dismiss such individual, CARDILOGIX undertakes to replace such individual at no additional cost, providing the fee owing to CARDILOGIX was paid on time
  • Should the CLIENT employ only candidates referred to them by CARDILOGIX as a replacement for a candidate who may have left for whatever reason, at a higher annual package than the initial placement, the CLIENT will be obliged to pay such fee on the larger remuneration package within 7 days
  • In the event that the CLIENT engages a candidate within the 12 (twelve) months of being introduced to them by CARDILOGIX, for whatever position or remuneration package, the terms and conditions thereof shall nevertheless apply and the CLIENT will be responsible for full payment of fees

In the event that the CLIENT introduces a candidate referred to them by CARDILOGIX to any associate, party, subsidiary company, colleague or friend who engages the candidate within the 12 (twelve) months of the date of introduction of the candidate by CARDILOGIX to the CLIENT, the CLIENT agrees to accept liability and to pay full fees as if the candidate had been accepted by the directly All fees, are based on the annual salary of the candidate – unless otherwise arranged in writing by both CLIENT and CARDILOGIX. The fee percentage levied to the CLIENT will be 12.5 % on the annual salary.

  • All candidates will only accept written offers, which needs to be couriered, mailed or faxed to the respective consultant at the CARDILOGIX offices ~ once offers have been received, such documents will be discussed with the candidate and based on acceptance of the offers / proposals from the prospective EMPLOYER, signed offers of employment will be returned to the offices of the prospective EMPLOYER
  • All fees owing to CARDILOGIX must be settled within 48 hours of candidate commencing employment with the EMPLOYER to ensure your guarantee period remains valid.
  • Please note the CLIENT by interviewing our CANDIDATE accepts these terms and conditions and are bound by them.
